With years of hands-on experience as a nanny across various regions, including the United States and Australia, I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the joys and challenges of this noble profession. Now, as a mother and step-mother to three wonderful children, I bring a deep understanding of the importance of finding the right caregiver to nurture and support our little ones. What's Our Process?

Application
Are you 18 years old or older? Do you have 2+ years of professional childcare experience? Is providing top tier childcare a passion of yours? Are you eligible to work in the US? Willing to commit to 1+ year?

Checking Things Out
We have standards and hopefully you do, too! We want the best of the best so we speak to all 3 of your professional references, perform social media checks, and a thorough background check (DMV check, too.)

Match and Interview
Found your match made in heaven? We got you! We will arrange an in-person interview. We will send out tips before hand so you feel well-prepared and ready to gain your dream job! Did it work out? Perfect! We will handle the rest.

Interview
Our interview process is thorough, as we want to get a complete understanding of who you are and what you're looking for in a career. By taking the time to learn about your experience and career goals, we can match you with a family that's the perfect fit. Trust us to help you find your dream job.

Create and Apply
We go through the first 3 steps so we can create a portfolio of you that families are going to love! Once created, you're welcome to access our job board and apply to any job you love. We will send ones that we think you match with as well!

Negotiate and Start!
We will handle all contract negotiations and make sure that your job offer includes everything you could dream of - competitive pay, benefits, guaranteed hours, and more! We are here to advocate for you before you start out so that things are easy going come your first day. When your start day arrives, we will send you off with your welcome kit. We also want you to know you're WELL supported through a network of nannies with playdates, nanny nights out, and never-ending support.
