 After screening and vetting our candidates, we present 2-4 nannies for you to personally interview. This is a chance for you to get to know the candidates and determine if they connect with your family.

The next step includes creating a personalized job description and sharing it on our job board and social media platforms to connect you with the right candidates. Our team of professionals will work with you to highlight your family's needs and values, ensuring that your job description is not only fun and unique but also attracts the perfect nanny.

The offer is the last step in securing your dream nanny with our help. We assist in negotiating a contract and preparing you for a long-lasting and fruitful nanny-family relationship. Once we have found you your very own Mary Poppins, we help you create a formal offer and create a contract that benefits all parties.
